Comfortable athletic clothing is fine for your first class. If you continue training, you may need to purchase a uniform (gi) or appropriate training gear depending on your program. We'll guide you on what's needed.

Not at all. Our programs are designed for complete beginners through to advanced practitioners. Our instructors will work with you at your current level and help you progress at your own pace.

Yes! We offer family membership packages. Contact us for details on multi-member household discounts. Training together as a family is one of the best investments you can make.

Belt gradings are held regularly (typically every 3–4 months). Your instructor will advise when you are ready to grade. Grading fees are separate from membership dues and cover examination, certificates, and belt costs.

Absolutely. We offer a free trial class so you can experience our training first-hand. No obligation, no pressure — just come and train.
